Adrian Goodisman

Adrian Goodisman has 30 years’ experience in the energy industry that includes investment banking, strategic consulting, as well as engineering & operations.
He most recently was a Managing Director for Moelis & Company, a leading global independent investment bank that provides innovative strategic advice and solutions to a diverse client base, including corporations, governments and financial sponsors.
Previously, Adrian was a Managing Director, Global Investment Banking – Energy at Scotiabank. During his time at Scotiabank, he also served as Co-Head U.S. of Scotia Waterous – the firm’s oil and gas investment banking division.
Adrian has originated and executed diverse wide-ranging assignments, including mergers, acquisitions & divestitures. He has managed in excess of $20 billion of transactions covering most North American regions, as well as many international areas, with a significant track record in executing cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining Scotiabank, Adrian was Senior Vice President, Ziff Energy Group, an energy consulting company, and before that worked for Phillips Petroleum in a variety of positions & locations, where he acquired technical expertise primarily in field exploitation and operations.
In addition to serving on the Advisory Board of Lifting Gas, Adrian is an Advisory Partner at Bancroft Financial, and serves on the Advisory Board of Energy Advisors Group. He is also an Advisory Board Member of Globalturk Capital and Bilateral Chamber (founded as Bilateral U.S.-Arab Chamber of Commerce in Houston, Texas).
Adrian holds a Master of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas and served as a Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) distinguished lecturer. He also holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Salford, UK.
Additionally, he is a registered representative in the U.S. holding Series 24, 7 and 63 FINRA licenses.
